New York University Abu Dhabi invites applications for a tenure track faculty position in computational chemistry, preferably at the rank of Associate or Full Professor. At this time, we are seeking individuals with a history of outstanding accomplishments in research and scholarship, with interests in teaching and guiding undergraduate research projects, as well as advising graduate students. The Division of Science and Mathematics at NYU Abu Dhabi will be housed in the new campus currently under construction on Saadiyat Island adjacent to Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have priority access to the NYU Abu Dhabi High Performance Computing facilities, including the newly built Butinah cluster that has more than 6400 cores and was benchmarked at 70 TFLOPS. Furthermore, the successful candidate will receive a competitive research setup package and will have the opportunity to compete for research support from US Government agencies.

New York University Abu Dhabi also invites applications for non-tenure track faculty positions at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor of Practice, depending on experience, for appointment to its Division of Science and Mathematics. We encourage applications from candidates with strong interests in teaching and outstanding records of scholarship with expertise in nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy or X-ray diffraction. The successful candidates will be expected to manage the Division of Science NMR or X-ray diffraction facilities and contribute to the Division's teaching programs and supervision of undergraduate research projects.
